Presenting "FALL FROLIC" - new release!

For my extra special bloggies, here is a super fun new design that I just finished stitching and hasn't even been framed yet!  My absolute favorite season is Autumn...and the funniest story is that when I moved to San Francisco 10+ years ago, I enjoyed my first ever green Christmas but missed the changing leaves from a glorious Midwest Autumn...sigh. Finally I knew that I would take a cold bright winter day with the sun shining and minus 25 degree temps rather than enduring fog, fog and even more fog - it could certainly make a person depressed if they weren't use to it. So I thank my lucky stars that I am now a North Dakota girl and hope that you will continue on this crazy stitching journey with me. That you enjoy my new designs, keep reading all about this beautiful family my husband and I created after going through 9 miscarriages before our daughter and son were finally born...and just sharing in the whole story of Pickle Barrel Designs and Nancy Greenberg.  I would LOVE to grow the amount of followers to my blog, so if you could help me out by referring other stitchers to follow, I would be so thankful to each and every one of you. Summer hangs on just a little longer.,.

We have highs near 100 and it looks like it will be lasting for at least another week - talk about making me sweat!!  I'm sharing some of my recent summer snaps here - and just need to photograph the swell prize packages I will be giving away in a contest this week so stick around and remember to leave me comments and share my blog link - you never know who I randomly pick for new chart freebies!

Summer seems to be slipping slowly away...
