The start of summer!

Hurray, it looks like summer has finally decided to arrive and I couldn't be happier! Only 2 more days of school until the kids are out until the end of August - so we celebrated our Memorial Day Weekend with grilling and chilling! What did you do if you live in the US for your Memorial Day long weekend?  I remember when we lived in San Francisco there was a cemetery in Burlingame that was on rolling hills and it was a breathtaking sight to see all of the American Flags gracing every grave - so let me say thank you to everyone who proudly serves our great country in any capacity.

 

I thought you would enjoy a picture of a gorgeous flowering tree across the street from us - a view of some wicked good BBQ'd pork chops basted with a peach glaze - and of course our water babies sliding into the water this weekend!

Time has a way of racing by....

I am so sorry that I have been sporadic about posting for the last month or so but everyday life has been uber busy - so much to do and so little time to get it all done!  First of all my husband ended up having some emergency surgery (major surgery too) so that has certainly kept me busy. Then our daughter turned 8 this month so I was planning a "Frozen" themed party for her....school ends in. 8 more days and it seems like I have volunteered to help out just about every day - busy busy busy!

I just officially released "Surf City", next release is the teaching sampler followed by both camping and RV designs - I literally haven't picked up a needle and thread in a couple of weeks so I better get to it!

New Teacher Sampler - FINISHED!

Here is the finished sampler!  I will finish my charting of it early next week so it should be available to order by the end of the month for all you teachers!
