Couldn't resist sharing this photo of our little guy playing in a ball pit - that smile could light up a whole room let me tell you!
Plus it looks like we dodged the bullet big time for flooding as the Red River crested in Fargo on Wednesday and everything came together in the perfect combination NOT to allow Mother Nature to get us with flooding this year - whew. Been through the worst case scenario a couple times in the past and gotta say I don't need that kind of stress ever again.
Have a wonderful weekend and happy stitching!

Flood Count Down
Living in Fargo we have gotten pretty use to having some level of flooding every Spring. We went through a terrible flood in 2009 and since then 4 of the last 5 years have had "100-year" type floods. This year it started out looking ok for us then we had the snowiest April on record followed by a fast melt this weekend and here we sit awaiting the flood crest this coming week. To give you a good idea I am attaching 2 photos here - one was taken on Wednesday that shows lots of snow and no river yet and the next photo I took tonight and the Red River is really creeping up.
