Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall...

Hmmm, I wonder which season we will encounter this week since we seem to have run the gamut from no snow and a bike ride on Christmas Day to wearing shorts in March followed by a couple inches of snow. What's a Mom to think when dressing her kids for the day's weather extremes - and while our overnight low is going to be looooow and tornado season seems to be on steroids this Spring I hope that we can have some lazy sunny days with low wind and no humidity! The Promise of a new design!

Nothing to a designer is more tantalizing than looking at a bag full of new specialty threads and trying to decide what patterns you can design and what colors will be used. I know a lot of designers who actually pick the threads colors and THEN design their chart based on the colors they picked out. This was an order of replacement threads from the fine folks at The Gentle Art. Ahhhhh let the creativity flow!

Now then it looks like our son has been "Loraxed" by Dr. Seuss- we saw the movie on Saturday and not only was it delightful but was like one giant announcement about caring for the environment which also made it educational at the same time! Happy Stitching!
