Chart Survey - Color or Black & White?

After receiving an email from a stitcher who posed an interesting question for me which I will share with you - do you prefer to have your cross stitch charts in color or black & white?  

It's actually a pretty valid question - chime in with your comment/preference on what is easier for you to read when stitching a design.

DMC Threads - What if......

Now wait for it - if you could buy DMC 6-strand cotton skeins directly from Pickle Barrel Designs - at a much cheaper price than at places like Hobby Lobby or Michaels, would you be interested?  Pass my blog along to as many stitchers as you possibly know and ask them to leave me a comment!  I am thinking of adding a new dimension to Pickle Barrel Designs where new chart releases from other designers could be purchased at discounted prices as well as great, discounted thread prices!  Sound like a plan?
